Kathryn Carlisle, President, started Cadit Company in 1994. Her responsibilities include project management, sales and business planning, hiring personnel, and scheduling projects. As the driving force for sales at Cadit Company, sales have risen from $3 million to $10 million annually. Kathryn Carlisle has over 27 years of business and construction management experience. She holds her contractor’s license in California and Colorado, and has earned her AWS Welders Certification. She has also obtained over 20 additional WBE/MBE/DBE certifications on behalf of Cadit Company, Inc.

Carol Fowler brings more than 25 years of experience and knowledge to her role as Financial Manager of Cadit Company. Carol’s background includes Highway and Road Construction, Retail, Aviation, and Insurance Accounting, Planning and Office Management. Carol Fowler joined Cadit in 2001 and her duties have expanded to include all accounting functions, interaction with the outside CPA, preparation of state and local tax and information return filings, coordination of the multi-state certification process and many other daily office management functions.

Cori O’Brien graduated from Texas A&M in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science. During college, Cori worked in the Texas A&M Planning & Estimating Department and assisted with various campus renovations. Cori has spent 9 years working for a commercial general contractor, where she was an Estimator on bid projects and construction management projects. She also spent several years as a Project Manager, overseeing multiple school projects. Cori O’Brien joined Cadit in 2010 and works closely with Kathryn Carlisle on Sales & Estimating.
